Look what the cat dragged in.

Jings Crivens, I have been ridiculously M.I.A lately! I have been trapped in the midst of dissertation hell, which was finally submitted this past Friday, so regularly scheduled blogging shall resume shortly. This is a quick post to get me back into the swing of things, showing my post dissertation 'treat yourself' binge shopping spree. My bad. The skirt was handmade by my mum: the benefits of having a home-economics teacher, skilled in dressmaking, as a parent. We've purchased more fabric to make home-made skater skirt, the second coming. Stay tuned!

Sorry I've been so M.I.A lately.  I'm trying to work on a schedule that enables me to blog/ work/ not fail at life/ uni. Please bare with me! If you have any suggestions for future blog-posts ( Lookbooks? Red carpet reviews?), I'm all ears. These are some outfits I've worn recently. The first was to see Welsh band, The Joy Formidable, play at the Oran Mor in Glasgow last Tuesday. My boyfriend and I were both adamant that the gig was on Thursday, the 28th of February at 8.30pm. Nope. Dang. 6 and 8 are apparently strikingly similar. After a quick Google search and Twitter sleuthing session at circa 1900 hours, several moments of sheer panic, a speedy car journey and  the most disgusting chips and curry sauce combo I have ever had the displeasure to consume, we made it to the venue with 5 minutes to spare. Mission accomplished.
